Tap Dance Lessons

Tap is great way to encourage rhythm and co-ordination and is as popular today as it was in the days of the great Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly, the more recent Stomp and Tap Dogs shows highlight the great diversities of style and rhythms found in tap. For the adults attending tap classes it's a rhythmical and enjoyable way to keep fit!

Ballet Dance Lessons

Ballet technique is an essential foundation for all forms of dance. Working on turnout and core stability this classical style of expressive movement has something to offer for everyone, dating back to the 17th century. The conventional steps, grace and fluidity of movement are still found in Ballet today. For the adults attending ballet classes it's a gentle exercise with a relaxing quality.

Modern Jazz Dance Lessons

Studying all styles of modern Jazz helps to develop physical strength and flexibility. Pupils also explore the use of expansion and relaxation through style and expression.

Theatre Craft

No other subject prepares the dancer more for the stage, through exercise, breathing, rhythm and the use of props it provides all the must have qualities for today's amateur and professional dancer.

Street Dance Lessons

This is a very popular and upbeat subject, using isolations and lots of body actions, dancing along to the most current and up to date music. Street is a fresh and most enjoyable class for all ages groups.

Freestyle Dance Lessons

Freestyle (Disco) is the most popular form of dance in the UK today.

Pupils learn how to run, spin, kick and leap this is a fun way to keep up stamina and flexibility.

Gymnastic Dance Lessons

Is a style of dance that combines dance technique with gymnastic movements, it's fantastic for strength and flexibility, all children want to try cartwheels, handstand etc at home, this enable them to learn how to perform these safely and develop them further.

Rock & Roll Dance Lessons

A fun and energetic class, allowing pupils to work with a partner. Creating fantastic lifts with lots of different arm and foot sequences, working hard to keep up with the fast beats of the music.

Musical Theatre Training

Provides an excellent basis for singing, drama and dance, studying the most popular musical such as Hairspray, Lion King, Cats, Annie, and Guys & Dolls this is an essential basis for anyone who wishes to pursue a career in the Theatre.

Adult Classes

We offer adult classes in Tap, Ballet, Street and Conditioning from beginners to advanced level, Examinations and festival/competition participation is available for those who wish to attend, however this is in no way compulsory.
